Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).

To have utilities connected, please contact Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) (317-261-2222) for electric services. Additional providers are based on residents personal choosing (i.e.. Comcast/Xfinity).
