Waterstone Place will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment.
For your convenience, Waterstone Place has onsite maintenance during office hours, and offers 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).
Residents are encouraged to place work orders immediately as they occur. Work orders can be conveniently submitted through the resident portal.
Waterstone Place does not offer after hours lock out assistance. Residents must contact a lock smith.
Waterstone offers a variety of amenities including: a private lake for fishing, bark park, pool, on-site laundry facility with 24-hour key entry access, in-office Wi-Fi, bilingual staffing, courtesy weekly pest control upon request, and resident portal for convenience.
Waterstone Place has permit parking for residents and additional parking available for guests. You may also rent a covered carport space for a monthly fee.
The pool is generally available for use Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

Waterstone Place does not offer furnished apartments at this time, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms, that offers furnished apartments.
