Frequently Asked Questions at Waterstone Place Apartments

Waterstone will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment.
Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).
For your convenience, Waterstone Place has onsite maintenance during office hours, and offers 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Residents are encouraged to place work orders immediately as they occur. Work orders can be conveniently submitted through the resident portal.
Waterstone Place does not offer after hours lock out assistance. Resident must contact a lock smith.
Waterstone Place has permit parking for residents and additional parking available for guests. You may also rent a covered carport space for a monthly fee.
Waterstone offers a variety of amenities including: a private lake for fishing, bark park, pool, on-site laundry facility w/24 hour key entry access, in-office WIFI, bilingual staffing, courtesy weekly pest control upon request, and resident portal for convenience
Pool is generally available for use Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
Waterstone is a pet friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact the office for more details.
Standard appliances in every unit is a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
Waterstone does not offer furnished apartments at this time, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms that offers furnished apartments.
We generally ask that you allow us 24-48 hours to complete an application. This time frame can vary pending how quickly verifications are completed and returned.
For your convenience, Waterstone offers the ability to pay rent and/or other fees online via resident portal (ACH, debit/credit, & autopay) and in person.
Residents are required to obtain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage. Resident may use any provider of their choosing. If you do not have a provider, please consider Resident Shield. Contact for details (1-800-566-1186).
Cable/internet provider for Waterstone Place is Comcast/Xfinity.
In the event that a resident is unable to complete the agreed lease term, there is an option to break/terminate the lease. Please contact the office for more details.
To have utilities connected, please contact Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) (317-261-2222) for electric services. Additional providers are based on residents personal choosing (i.e.. Comcast/Xfinity).
Resident is responsible for water/sewer, electric, phone, cable, & internet. Trash is included.

No, we are a market rate community that does not accept Section 8 vouchers.

Waterstone Place is in the Warren Township school district: Sunny Heights (elementary), Stonybrook (middle), & Warren Central (High).
Take I-70E to Post Road exit, head north on Post Road, make a right heading east on 25th Street, make a left heading north on Mitthoefer Road. Community will be on the right.
