One, Two & Three Bedroom Apartments

Waterstone Place Apartments is one of the best apartment complexes my family and I have lived at. The staff is very welcoming and maintenance is always timely and efficient. Its also very quite here, no crazy parties or crime going on. Rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious and upgraded. Overall we are very happy with living here and plan to stay here for quite some time :) Thank You Waterstone for making this a pleasant place to live.

Fantastic apartments, in an affordable price range, maintenance is beyond excellent. The staff is fantastic and always upbeat. This is such a good living environment. I would easily recommend this to anyone I meet and have only good things to say.

Waterstone was right on time and has been a blessing! Office staff are the bomb, welcoming, and consistent! Every maintenance request has been answered with care and quickly. It is safe and relatively quiet. I would and have recommended Waterstone. #WaterstoneIsGreat!

I relocated to Indy from Illinois for work. I was pressed for time & had to apartment search online. I ended up stumbling across Waterstone Place & their 4.8-star rating on Google. I took a chance on WS & it has been one of the best choices I’ve made! The ladies in the office are the sweetest! They are super professional & hard-working. One day, I put in a work order at 1am. The maintenance crew came to fix the problem the same day. Needless to say, I have no complaints.

I love it! It's pretty quiet here and the staff are very professional and really seem to care about their residence. I stayed in a one bedroom with a den for two years and now I am currently in a two bedroom and I LOVE all the space that I have! The rent is reasonable as well which is why I haven't left. I love that every time I call for maintenance or even make a complaint it is taken care of the next day! I also love the get togethers they have for residents! Would definitely recommend!

My living room/ dining room/ den area is spacious enough for me to indulge in my frequent desire to rearrange my furniture. Also, the LARGE sink/vanity area in my bathroom was exactly what I had in mind. Finally, the kitchen in my place is greater in size than nearly all other apartments I [looked at]. These are just a few of the reasons I recently renewed my lease. I can’t go without singing the praises of the leasing office associates, Shenelle and Threece. These two ladies are TOP NOTCH.

They are very courteous and they handle any concern in a timely manner. Shanelle threse, and maintenance associates were fantastic the entire 2 years I lived there. Not one complaint, they were helpful, courteous, and friendly. I would second guess renting here if I were to be looking for an apartment!

Ive been here six yrs and its been quite peaceful. Its clean and everyone sticks to themselves and they're constantly making updates to the apartments. But the MOST important part of Waterstone Would be Mrs Shenell! The greatest office manager ever!!!

I loved living there! If I hadnt moved out of state, I would have renewed my lease! The area within the complex is quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is friendly! I highly recommend this place.

Waterstone is the absolute best!!! Im going on my second year here and I can honestly say I feel like family, Shenelle is amazing. The temp in the office Kacee is outstanding I honestly wish that she could stay :). I havent had any issues. Any questions that I have they are answered immediately! Very clean and quite property.
